For a shop that's already on Squire
Their flat price is genuinely good. The two things you actually want are two tiers up.

Side by side
The same list of things: their base, every barber, texting, a website on your own domain, and their AI assistant. Squire charges nothing per barber, so the chair count barely moves their number — the tier does.

Three things that will cost you
Pro at $50 flat is a genuinely good deal and there is no per-barber fee anywhere in it. But the moment you want a website on your own domain, or you want their AI to answer the phone, you are on Executive at $150 — and then the branded site is another $25 and Operator is another $99. That is $274 a month for the same list of things we do for $68.
Branded landing pages are an Executive add-on. Below that, the thing your clients book on is a Squire page carrying Squire's name, not a site on your own domain with your own shop on it. Ours is on your domain from the $19 base, built with your photos, and it stays yours if you leave.
Squire is the only platform here that publishes no card processing rate at all — not on the pricing page, not on the payments page, not in the terms. Their payments page markets transparency without printing a number. Every figure floating around online for Squire's rate comes from competitor-authored comparison blogs and is worth nothing. Get yours in writing before you sign, and if you already signed, go and read your statement.
Switching off Squire
A clean export with one quirk, and a contract you should read before you cancel.
Clients → Download full list → type an email address → Export. The CSV lands as an email attachment, not a browser download, so check the inbox you typed. Shop admins and rental barbers can export; commission barbers cannot, so it has to come from an admin account.
Squire does not publish its export columns, so we do not guess at them. You pick Squire from the dropdown, we map whatever actually arrived, and you see a preview before a single row is written.
Squire tells its own new shops that most go live within 10 to 14 days while running both systems in parallel. That is exactly our fortnight: Squire keeps taking bookings, we mirror them within the hour, and there is never a day with two sources of truth.
Squire does not publish contract length or refund terms anywhere, and refunds are discretionary under their terms of service. Find your renewal date and cancel at cycle end, after the last Squire booking has been served. Your phone number stays yours throughout — we forward it, we do not port it, and you can undo the forward in a minute.
Nothing is charged and nothing is switched off at Squire until you say so. Ring the demo number first if you want to hear the receptionist answer before you type anything.
